Pros +
- Clean and great service
- Awesome place, great view, staff are so courteous and helpful.
- The room is clean with own jacuzzi, the price is right and the staff are very accommodating.
Cons -
- Climbing stairs in king loft . I thought i was in a one level room. King suite
- Room could use more cleaning on the wash up area. Urinal in the room could use some deodorizing, other than that everything is great.
- They should impose stricter rules about day tour customers specially those who bring foods and drinks, they tend to go to the pools while eating and drinking, its very irritating and unpleasant for some guest. Labels of pool depth some are already unreadable could cause harm to kids.

First impression, warm welcome!
After the amazing first impression, the disappointment started. The pool area with the slides was accessable but not operated... we went there and what we saw was not pleasant. Hugh Toads swimming in the pool! Dirt everwhere! After we learnt this area only open Fri- Sun but this info was nowhere to be found! At dinner we were seated right by a cockroach. Smelly aircon! We departed early right after one night.
Property is very nice views are great
Rooms are showing their age inside. Hot water to reach the shower and vanity took 10 minutes +
My kids enjoyed the jacuzzi with warm water in the cottage room.
The credit card facility was not working at that time. They could have also set aside rooms for seniors at the accessible level.
Sol Y Viento in Calamba is a great place to unwind and relax. The ambiance is peaceful and refreshing, with the natural surroundings adding to the overall charm of the resort. We really liked the hot spring pools, which were the perfect way to de-stress. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. For the amenities and experience offered, it's definitely good value for money. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway without breaking the bank, this resort is a solid choice.
Did not meet expectations nor did they meet the simple requirements that I had asked for.
My only requirement for the room was that did have a Jacuzzi tub which I was told it did when I showed up they told me they’re Jacuzzi tubs had not been working for over a year and every single room that they have when I asked for a discount they gave me a full refund and told me to leave
Remote location so peaceful. Staff were polite and welcoming. Secure hotel with security at gate and hotel lobby.
The cafe/restaurant was not usually but lack of staff seemed an issue. The rooms all seemed old and tired and in need of redecoration. The tiles in the bathroom were not all clean and had chips and cracks. The room had a damp smell.
We booked house with jacuzzi. Great like for 3 star resort. Nice friendly, helpfull staff.
Restaurant is really big problem there. Food is very average and served cold or bit warm. Only ate there as it was convinient. This houses with jacuzzi have sink, fridge but toally no glasses for wine, any basic plate, knife etc, compleatelly nothing.
An amazing mountaintop resort with the most beautiful natural and man made wonders. That is the only words i can use to decribe it. Picuresque in- room overlooking views. Cleanest hot springs pools n jaccusi's.Well maintained complex
Clean, quiet, and very nice view of the bay. Food was sumptuous.
We enjoyed our stay. The price vs. was okay. The facilities are great, lots of hot springs pools at different temperatures.
None. Only the poolside bar had limited hours, only on the weekends.
Isolated, the staff were very helpful, beautiful scenery, great hot spring pools
One thing that would enhance the place is to have a well being centre
I liked the facilities and the hotspring pools with variation in warm temperatures. Restaurant served good food and willing to accommodate on a late night happy hour with a musical band.
The way to the rooms was kind of a wet experience during a rainy day even if provided with umbrella since they take it away after using them. Perhaps, a covered walk will be nice.
Breakfast was good and location too.
I didn’t like was, no tissue box in the room.
Staff are very nice. Food is acceptable.
No kettle in the room. But can be requested.
This is superb!!
The travel between rooms and pool
The pools were the best.
Cleanliness especially the bathroom
Very good all
